I’m Holly Peck. I’m an anthropologist-turned-roboticist and electronic musician living in Vancouver.⚡

I build artificial cognitive systems. I often think about what makes us human.

I am the daughter of NUIT. We are an electronic / synth-pop project interested in leather jacket music.

In 2016, I founded Women Who Code. In two years, our community grew to over 2000 techlords.

I have a background in anthropology. Once, I wrote a thesis on death rituals and symbolic immortality.

I know too much about Japanese Death Poetry.

In my spare time, I program analog synthesizers, do machine learning, develop 35mm film, and think about where the crows go at dusk.
